Bob Annibale has worked with Citi for over 30 years in many vast and diverse roles, he leads partnerships globally supporting inclusive finance and community development.  In 2014 Bob was honoured as a White House Champion of Change for his work leading Citi’s programme promoting immigrant integration and citizenship.  In 2016 he was named by the Financial Times as one of the Top 100 OUTstanding LGBT Business Leaders.  He will be sharing about Citi’s LGBT history in terms of their diversity and inclusion initiatives and how this has helped the Belfast Rainbow Network to become one of the most popular in the world.

Ruth hunt

Ruth Hunt was named the third most influential LGBT person in Britain in The Independent’s Rainbow List and as CEO of Stonewall since 2014 has taken the organisation deeper into communities across the UK and has spearheaded the organisations’ commitment to trans equality.  She has successfully led the development of Stonewall’s acclaimed leadership programme and will be sharing and discussing at this event about the bakcground and history of the Stonewall Diversity Champions programme and the necessity of priority of LGBT inclusion and development initiatives  in workplaces across Northern Ireland.
